First Day of School 2011

The first day of school snuck up on us this year. Our summer went by so fast! Kylie and Hailey were dreading school starting, but about a week before, they started to get excited. Scott and I had to work on the first day of school, so Grandma Florence came to our house early and helped the girls get ready. I can't believe how cute and grown up they both looked!

Kylie RARELY lets us touch her hair, so I was extremely excited to see that she let grandma style it and use the curling iron on her.Ready to go (sass and all)! This picture is a little fuzzy, but Kylie was very proud of her first day of school outfit.

This is my favorite photo because it looks like the girls love each other and are so happy they're sisters. Maybe some day this will become a reality?Grace thought she needed some curls like her big sisters, so grandma did Grace's hair too. I wonder how she got Grace to sit still? The girls had a great first day and loved thier new teachers! Whew, another first day of school down and many more to go.
