Las Vegas - Sept 2012

For Scott's 40th birthday, we went to Las Vegas for a few days. Scott's parents watched the kids and we celebrated "kid-free" for a long weekend. We saw lots of things, ate lots of food, and went to three different shows.

Here is Scott at the Harley Davidson Cafe. They actually had motorcycles on a conveyor belt slowly moving through the cafe while people ate and shopped.
We went to a fun wax museum called "Madam Tuesseous." They had over 100 life-like wax celebraties in different rooms. They looked so real!
Here is the volcano at The Mirage.

One of the shows we went to was an amazing ventrillaquist named Terry Fator who won the 2nd season of America's Got Talent. He was funny and amazing at singing without moving his lips.
At the Luxor, they had a Titanic exhibit where you walked through rooms with artifacts and stories of the people and things on the Titanic. When we went from room to room, they had replicas of parts of the ship. This was the grand staircase and it was beautiful!

There were MANY more things we saw, but the blog isn't letting me upload all the pictures. Thanks to our parents for watching the kids and paying for our "O" tickets so that we could go have such a great time!
