Grandma and Grandpa Buffalo came over last weekend and brought each of our girls a hand-crafted cedar hope chest from Grandpa. My dad made them out of cedar that he retrieved from our cabin property before selling it a few years back. Grace was sick of course that weekend, so don't judge her excitedment by her face! I'm sure my girls will cherish their hope chests forever!

Today my baby turned 2 years old! I can't believe how big she is already. We brought her home just under two years ago at 4 lbs 9 ozs. She was such a tiny peanut back then, and now she is a whirlwind of energy that leaves a path of destruction where ever she goes. The crazy thing is, I wouldn't change her for anything! She has brought such a sweet joy into our lives and we are lucky to have her in our home!
She will always be a cute little peanut to me!
